The results showed that MTS Al Wardah tembung provided an in-depth understanding of the principal's view of effective strategies in z and alpha generation education. Educational leaders need to consider the needs of generation z and alpha in developing holistic strategies for a bright future in the 5.0 era. Educational leaders also need to understand the unique needs of these generations such as collaborative learning the use of technology, and active engagement in the educational process. One of the characters that influences the development of early childhood is independence. Independence is a behavior characterized by self-confidence, the ability to take the initiative, the ability to overcome problems or obstacles faced and do something independently without the help of others. Independence in everyday life means being able to stand alone without relying on others. However, in reality in the field, many early childhood children are still found to be not independent in doing something, this can be seen from the attitudes and behavior displayed by children in the form of children who find it difficult to adapt to the environment, have a rigid personality, children tend to be unconfident and unable to complete their life tasks well. So it is important to foster independence in children from an early age, by using the Montessori method which allows children to develop at their own pace. This method gives children the freedom to choose the activities they want, so they can learn and play according to their interests. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting a literature review on the application of the Montessori method in the formation of independent character in early childhood. BMB3 is something that needs to be considered in education in order to achieve the 6 educational focuses explained in the law. Therefore, the application of guidance and counseling management principles, such as planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating programs. These principles are very important to implement because they can help counselors carry out their duties optimally and achieve the goals of the guidance and counseling program that have been set. The approach to writing this article is a literature review, namely a written summary made by searching for materials from many sources of books, articles, and other documents. The results of this study are that good guidance and counseling management in each school is the main key to improving the quality of guidance and counseling services for students. This includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating; separation of work, order, discipline, and unity of command are determining elements of successful BK management; various school staff members must be involved in providing guidance and counseling services, taking into account available resources. In order to improve the quality of services, this study proposes creative strategies to answer ideas and problems regarding the management of guidance and counseling (BK) services in schools. Adequate infrastructure is needed to support the Behavior Key (BK) program, which must be designed with students' needs in mind and integrated into the curriculum. Accountability and supervision are needed to ensure the achievement of expected results, and effective guidance and counseling not only helps students develop their independence and character but also increases public trust in the school's ability to provide these services. The results of this study are that the program for providing advice and counseling services will not be implemented if it has an effective, clear, systematic, and focused management structure. Optimization of facilities and infrastructure is considered an important step in increasing the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services. This study aims to explain the importance of optimizing guidance and counseling facilities and infrastructure in improving service quality and exploring its impact on interactions between counselors and clients. This study uses a literature review approach to collect and analyze various sources of information related to optimizing guidance and counseling facilities and infrastructure. Data from various articles, journals, and books relevant to the research topic were analyzed comprehensively. The results of the literature review indicate that optimizing guidance and counseling facilities and infrastructure can increase service efficiency, improve the counseling environment, and increase client satisfaction. In addition, adequate facilities and infrastructure also contribute to the creation of positive relationships between counselors and clients. From the literature review conducted, it can be concluded that optimizing guidance and counseling facilities and infrastructure is an important step in improving service quality and interactions between counselors and clients.
